A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until both are received.

Pricing includes up to 4 hours of service unless otherwise discussed. Additional hours, staffing, travel, and upgrades may affect final pricing.

Clients are responsible for providing all alcohol in accordance with Michigan law. NV On The Rocks provides bartending services only and does not provide or resell alcohol.

Final guest counts, drink selections, and package details should be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event date to allow time for planning and preparation.

Setup and cleanup time are included within your package unless otherwise noted. Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate workspace, access to water, and a safe service area.

For safety reasons, NV On The Rocks reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests and may stop service if unsafe conditions arise.
