With years of experience in hospitality and customer service, Nick created NV On The Rocks to deliver professional bartending with personality. From weddings to corporate events, his focus is simple: reliable service, great guest experiences, and making sure the bar never becomes the stressful part of the night.

Licensed, insured, TIPS certified, and powered primarily by caffeine and event timelines.

Tommy has worked in security, hospitality, and events long enough that not much phases him anymore. He’s also very much the muscle of the team, which is probably why guests usually assume he’s security when he first walks in. He has a serious look at first, but give it an hour and he’s usually joking with guests, making people laugh, and somehow becoming one of everyone’s favorite bartenders by the end of the night.

He handles a packed bar, long nights, and last minute surprises without breaking a sweat.
 

Alex is a big part of what makes NV On The Rocks feel different. She brings great energy, keeps things organized behind the scenes, and makes sure guests feel taken care of from the first drink to last call. She’s quick with a smile, faster with a pour, and always ready to jump in wherever the event needs her.

The goal is simple: keep the drinks flowing and make the night easier for everyone else.

Michael brings golden retriever energy to pretty much every event. He’s funny, easy to talk to, great with guests, and usually talking to at least three different people at once while making friends faster than anyone else on the team. He’s the type of person who can make people laugh while still getting the job done. Years in hospitality have made connecting with people second nature for him.

Ashley brings more years in the service industry than she cares to count and the kind of experience that only comes from working with all types of people and events. She’s approachable, quick on her feet, and knows how to create a fun atmosphere while making guests feel taken care of.

She brings good energy, strong service, and the kind of presence that makes events feel effortless.

Shannon is the person you want around when there are a hundred little things happening at once. She’s organized, easy to talk to, and has a way of making guests feel taken care of without making it look like work. Whether she’s chatting with guests or helping behind the scenes, she somehow always knows what’s going on.
